Cancellation Policy
All services require a $25 non-refundable deposit unless otherwise noted under the service tab. Deposits or Full payments made at the time of booking WILL NOT be refunded or transferred for ANY cancellations. If you cancel the appointment less than 48 hrs before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you cancel the appointment less than 24 hrs before the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee (No exceptions).
Deposits are not transferable for appointment changes. If you adjust your appointment to a new service, etc. you will be required to submit a new deposit.
After one no call, no show you will be required to pay in full at the time of booking for all future services.
Late Policy: All appointment scheduling is done strategically. If you are 10 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your deposit becomes your late fee. You must physically be in the chair at the 10-minute mark or the late fee will be applied. After 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled automatically and you will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment after the scheduled appointment time as we will not inconvenience our next client.
